The fluid is probably not of any use. You can filter out the solid and pour the basic soup down the toilet (drain cleaner with a twist). Then you could wash the solids with vinegar to neutralize any base. After that, you've got a soggy clump of vinegary wood pulp, which could possibly be useful for something.
