Love this. My tree became too big to bring inside. I am experimenting with keeping the rootball alive to bring her back in spring. My one successful clone and a small seedling are inside for winter now. I planted the larger 5 year old tree in early sprring in the yard. Wish me luck. I read a post from someone up north who manages to keep a silk tree alive by keeping the rootball alive and mulched over winters. They had to grow one to maturity as i did so the root structure could handle the winter's rest.
