I get so intimidated by the number of steps and terminology. I am looking for the simplest method, maximum yield is not a concern for me, I just want a method with decent yield.

Any recommendations?

Follow TAO of Rue, but save filtering hassle by using whole seeds rather than powdered ones. Simply squeeze the goodies out of them between washes!
