2 weeks seems a bit overkill when it comes to caapi, because it is a reversible MAOI..a few days to be on the safe side..but I think really after a day one would be fine..others here should know better than I so wait for other responces!

if you were already on the medicine and wanted to take a MAOI..than maybe 2 weeks would be necessary off the medication, depending on weather or not the medicine built up in your system and how long it takes to flush it out..if it had built up after taking it, and you took some caapi maybe 5 days later, it may activate the medicine still lingereing around..and then who knows..

So just to make sure..you have taken caapi before, but now you want to take your medication?
