I'm confused. 4mg or 40mg?

4mg doesn't have any impact on me, at all. 40mg would hit that level, if smoked properly.

A few parts of that report made me smile, especially about the glasses. I don't wear glasses but can imagine the fumbling around for them after a trip to be quite a challenge; possibly along the lines of "Glasses, what are glasses? Why am I thinking about glasses? Why am I thinking? I can't see? Oh, glasses, didn't I just think about that? I can't remember, what is remembering?"
