Sounds like a nice welcome to hyperspace. You are wise to take caution with how often you travel, but remain open to experimentation. The way I look at it, it is somewhat random that you did or did not receive euphoria on either occasion. Either one could have easily have played out quite differently. I suppose a tip I might give would be that euphoria is not necessarily a prerequisite for a good experience. It seems to be to some extent optional. Sometimes it hits right away, sometimes at the end, and other times not at all. There are insanely beautiful and meaningful things that can be shown to you in the absence of euphoria. It is of course a nice bonus to receive it however, a solid indicator that everything is in fact going well.
