Phenethylamines: From Structure to Function is the title. I guess if they want to sell the book an English translation is a must. The market will be certainly bigger. But translating 1030 pages into English is costly and they need to advance the translation with no guarantee to break-even.

Maybe they should set up a crowdfunding page for the translation...
