This was a couple years ago, but once I had my first legitimate breakthrough I would really enjoy solo trips because I noticed how influential the people around me would be to the whole experience.

I was experimenting with different meditative methods to help myself have more of an understanding of what I had gotten myself into that first time. I probably had about an hour or two of deep meditation before I decided to indulge in about 50-100mg DMT and what happened still pops into mind almost daily.

I inhaled deep, sat up straight, closed my eyes and rolled them towards the center of my forehead. There was this reddish purple oval of vision behind my eyes, I looked deep into this oval and saw a prairie with a couple of flowers that appeared to be blowing in a calm wind. I thought to myself "I think I figured it out" or something like that until things got a little strange for me.

I'm sure we have all listened to or read about Terrence McKenna explaining the elves as being like "self dribbling jeweled basketballs" at one point or another in our quest to attempt to understand this remarkable compound we know and love. But this was a little different than what I imagined when I first heard about this description.

This entity dribbled itself like a basketball, it was jeweled, (I'm sure most of us are familiar with pokemon) but it looked exactly like haunter. Bouncing up and down making its way into my field of "vision" until it noticed me. It backed away suddenly like it didn't realize I had found my way to where it stays.

At this point I'm like "what is going on here?"

It peeked around the corner of my reddish purple oval of vision and backed away again.
It looks back at me with this grin, I don't know what it meant but all of the sudden it charges at me full speed and jumps into my chest. My eyes were seemingly forced open and my body was having these minor twitches until it jumped out of my body, leaving me feeling somehow cleansed. Then it waved at me and scurried away, never to be seen again.

I sat there for awhile utterly amazed at what had just happened thinking to myself "who am I supposed to tell about this? Nobody's ever going to believe me even if I tried to explain it"

That memory will follow me for the rest of my days.
