I would like to give my respect and gratitude to those responsible for the hard work and dedication needed to make this information available and most importantly, progressing. Most special thanks to the staff and those responsible for the endless physical efforts needed to obtain this precious data. I am honored and humbled to learn and share with this community.
I am a long time psychonaut with many years of experimentalism. I am 32 years old, Married with two beautiful boys. I live in central Florida and was raised in a family of farmers. This community has revived my love for these ancient and sacred entheogens. I am most excited about cultivation and propagation and potential for preservation, then modification.
I meant to post this in the welcome discussion.

Here's my introduction essay.
Some time in the summer during the late 90's my curiosity coupled with AOL dial-up led me to Erowid, A site that would change my life forever. Living on a active nursery in the middle of no where, it didn't take long for my curiosity and new resources to turn into dangerous experimentation fueled mostly on getting high. Most of my early experiences were carried out alone and started with the easiest to obtain in my area, Brugmansia. Despite the obvious warnings, I ingested multiple flowers which led to one of the most disturbing experiences that landed me in a hospital. Despite the third person living nightmare of brugmansia I continued experimenting with morning-glory brew, salvia and even nutmeg. This ignorant experimentation soon turned into addiction and I spent the next few years self destructing on narcotics. Nine years ago the birth of my first child and the support of my wife gave me the clarity needed to realign my focus. A few years ago the rising popularity of MHRB and cryptocurrency brought me back full circle to experience DMT, only this time with an open mind not just trying to get high. My first three experiences were my last. It was prolific and still effects me everyday. Simply reflecting on the experience gives me peace and assurance.
Recently I have been researching the legal struggles and cultivation of tryptamine containing plants. Since I no longer have workspace for teks or extractions and I don't feel comfortable ordering any plant materials except seeds online, I have felt an urgency to procure and cultivate any and all species that can adapt to my climate. MHRB has brought a revolution but it has caught the attention of the DEA and has slowed the progression in focusing on a self sustaining resources for every continent. The work being done here on the nexus is groundbreaking and will play a role in human history and evolution.
I am currently compiling a list of species I would like to import into two categories. One is species that will acclimate here on their own, The other are ones that would require emulation of their native environment to survive. From my research I have concluded that Florida could sustain many known active plants but finding one for propagation could be difficult. The prairie bundleflower has my attention and Phalaris aquatica but many published articles claim otherwise. Hard to believe though, Some roadside ditches here in Florida have a dozen or more types of grass in a 6 meter area.
I will post my list and other ideas as soon as I can. I would love input on strain selection and ideas on the current and future legality of seeds, ordering of and cultivation of.
