Experience report

Male : 1,82m, 80kg

experience : 15-20 journey on vaped DMT


t 0 : 40mg harmalas [rue manske full spectrum] sublingual

t +30min : 50mg DMT [MHRB white/yelow xtals Cyb's ion tek (BTW, thanks Cyb for your work and sharing)] vaped with a volcano [liquid pad, 220°C]

t +32min : Black and white paterns morphed in an entity with probes (like finger ?)going in my head. No stress, just do what you have to do but be nice.
Others entities, i don't realy remenber what but it was quite interesting but i was disturbed by a light in my left eye. It was like a dwarf with green hat or clothes was playing with a torch to disturb me on purpose. I remembered i read something in the nexus about this happening to somebody else, so i just said (with voice not by telepathy) please, be nice and stop playing this torch in my eyes and it immediately stopped, i said thank you.
The rest is vague.

t +40min : It faded slowly (IMAO effects).
It was the firt time i really felt entities and after that i was talking to them saying "i don't know if your real or not but you can do what you want but don't be nasty with me".
After few journey, i was wondering why my trips were so different from others reports. Now, i'm wondering if all the reading i did influenced my trips. Do i see entities because others told about them or are they just there in my mind or somewhere else ?

t +50min : 45mg DMT (pre-weighted) still with volcano of course

t +52min : Just before it hits me, i managed to said "please be nice with me" and wwwwoooooowwwww !!!!
I saw me (stylised me) like an ant with fungus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ophiocordyceps_unilateralis) growing from my head (or may be xtal growing from my head), this image freezed and by this kind of antenna PURE LOVE runned throught my body, i've been flooded with this incommensurable amount of love, it was like a thunderbolt of light/love lighting the core of my body. It was like being loved by the whole univers at a level you can't even imagine. I had this kind of feelings on MDMA or even with psylocibes but way, way under this level.
I had no visual exept this vision of me freezing (cristalising ?), just this pure feeling. It faded very slowly, the only thing i could say or think was "thank you, thank you, thank you...".
I could feel like my batteries were reset and filled, this love becamed pleasure, pure pleasure but not sexualy. It lasted for ever fading very slowly, coming back by waves. I thought i can't keep all this love, i have to share and i mentaly send love (which is not me, i'm quite cold in my behavior when it comes to love) to everyone i thought about (girlfiend actual and from past, family, friends). I almost phoned to a good friend to tell him how much i love him but it was late and i realised it will sound quite weird (Haha !) even if he knows my game with DMT.

t +70min : The afterglow was brilliant, peacefull. I thought, remembered, kind of meditate about my life and different memories popped up. It was very pleasant.

t +100min : I was base line in a peaceful state, had a bowl of vaped weed, read some nexus thread and went to sleep.


This morning, i still feel a kind of afterglow, positive mind which is not always the case with me.

Few questions (popped up in my slow mind) :

1: i use a volcano (you could guess ^^) to vape and i'm wondering if it worth to open a thread about it, like there is one for GVG ?

2: Does anyone knows about harmalas habituation(?) and toxicity ? In my mind, IMAO (medics) are quite addictive but it really brings up somethings to vaped DMT, so i don't like the idea to give up this tool but if i have to slow down i'd like to know .

Another question with no anwser found in the wiki or forum (it's so huge) :

How long the effects of harmalas last ? For exemple, if i take harmalas (sublingual), is DMT will be protected from metabolism by MAO 1 hour or 2 hours after. In other words, do i have to take more harmalas to continue my journey after 1 hour on vaped DMT ?

I know, i should just try it by myself but i'd like to know what i'm doing to my old body before to mess up. If someone knows, please, i'm listening. >''<

Great write up dood. Interesting how the trip can be guided if you set your intentions to be good pure and willing - I have experienced this too. And I also get the urge to call up a friend and "spread the luv" around on the comedown haha. This story kinda brings up the idea of spirit allies which you can call upon in times of need or distress while in the hyperspace. This stuff definitely rides your balance.

The effect of the harmalas should be up to 10 hours probably. The long DMT experiences do get less intense and shorter as time goes on from the first one you take which is usually the best (or the most intense at least).

I've tried to bring up the Volcano at many occasions but can never seem to get much outta anyone.

I'll share some of my thoughts again;

Pro: Ultra easy to do solo; no lighter or glass pipe to place down, just a bag to quickly throw under a blanket.
Possible Neg: I have used the Volcano 100+ times and what were once clear bags are now white coated bags, possible waste??? I know a bong/pipe would still have that effect but not to same degree.

Watching the smoke enter the bag, sucking in any spice escaping as the bag fills up is so much fun... dashing to the bed and having a second to prepare, suck in the whole bag & WHOLA!

Thoughts?

f1, I suppose you could run isopropyl alcohol through your bags to dissolve the DMT, and then evaporate the alcohol. Then there's no waste

Could the alcohol potentially breakdown the plastic bag slightly? & end up in the recycled product?

Global have you tried the Volcano? maybe you have reasons that you believe it to be a ineffective method?

I had a volcano, but sold it before getting into DMT. Potential drawbacks that I can think of off the top of my head include the sound of crinkling bags, requiring multiple inhales to clear the bag, and finding the perfect temperature to vaporize DMT. I don't know about the alcohol breaking down the plastic bag though.

Crinkling bag is VERY easily fixed, by putting it under a sheet/blanket.
Regarding clearing the bag, it takes very little effort to figure out the ideal size of the bag/ the size of 3 breathes requiring Perfect breakthrough amount.
Temperature is also very very easy to set!

I don't think the waste coating the bag too bad, but it is something.

Global/Nexus community I recommend trying it out.

About the crinkling bag, i's not a problem for me. It seems i become def, until the comedown, when i vape DMT . I never heard snooze or vibe as many users and i don't remember anything about sound from hyperspace.

To clear a bag it takes 2 or 3 inhales, that's why, i think, i need 50mg for breakthrought compared to the 20-30mg with GVG (i never used it, just report what i read). It can be an positive thing when you want to found your sweet spot as you can inhale, live the bag aside and take it back if you didn't reach your target. After 10 min the dmt vapor is still avalable even if you lose some from condensation.

I don't know about IPA but with ethanol no probleme to clean the bag. Didn't use it yet to recover DMT but for THC and co, it works perfectly with no damage on the bag.

For temperature, i use 220°C and the vapor is very soft. I have to try at 230°C (maximum set up) to see if it can be vaporised faster (with no bad smell) to have less volume to inhale.

F1 : what set up and quantities do you use ?

I also don't mind the sound of the bag, I've never been taken out of hyperspace by hearing the sound...it's usually done passively refilling by the time I'm back on this world; but the times it was still crinkling it was actually comforting.

I use the thick liquid oil pad, before I knew about, that I used multiple thin screens with a layer of MJ below the spice.

Initially I weighed out the spice but I'm pretty efficient at eyeing it out now, usually 35-60 depending..

I usually heat between 6 and 7, (6:190/374 & 7:202/396)

Personally a very important part of the ceremony is inhaling the VERY small % of spice escaping while the bag is filling up/connected to the machine.

Semi random fact: I have @ many occasions held a small crystal in my hands while dropping in. Also as you mentioned not hearing sound, every single session I have had has been VERRRYYY auditory; may help that I often play with 'Ableton Push' before entering Hyperspace.
