so i'm working a long stretch of days without a day off for a bit, but wanted to brew some caapi tea so it would be ready for my next day off. because of the profound cook times and my schedule, i need to split my brew times.
i was wondering if i could brew part of it, say for two hours before work. let it sit on the stove with a lid for about eight hours, then finish brewing the first part at night when i arrive home completing the first of three hours without the brew going rancid or losing potency.
