Add acid until you have a neutral pH. Best use hydrochloride acid. HCl + NaOH --> NaCl + H2O. Then it's just salty MHRB soup and you can safely dispose it in the garbage and pour liquids down the drain. Just make sure that there is no naphta in it.

Location: Where the rain comes in
Lye is used as drain cleaner, so it's safe to go down the drain. And yes viniger will work.
It feels familiar , for good reason.

You shouldn't flush the naphtha down the drains because the stuff is terribly detrimental to the environment.
You can re-use it to save *money* and most of all *the planet*:

Also evaporating is a waste of the solvent. In most cases the solvent can be re-used over and over with little effect on it's ability to dissolve DMT.

Nonpolar solvents aren't something you want to be polluting the water supply with, even waste water. You can use nonpolar solvents for a lot of things like cleaning and stripping stuff. If you must dispose of them there is usually a disposal policy specific to where you live, ask your local council or waste disposal as it varies from place to place.
