Hey y'all apologies is this is already on here, I did a little search but couldn't find evidence of that which surprised me a lot as I thought this would be of interest to all!! I'm assuming others have recently heard about 'Ata the humanoid'?

The skeleton of this tiny six inch human male was found in the Atacama desert a decade ago, and its DNA has been analysed by biologists at Stanford University. This isn't a hoax and has been confirmed as human, although 9% of the DNA analysis is inconclusive owing to damage or artifacts. However many mysteries remain...the person was only six inches tall and six years of age when it died, the mutations it expressed in its skull and body are completely unheard of and it it states in this article it only had 9 ribs (have read 10 elsewhere) when it should have 12. So something of a mystery! Was featured in the recently released documentary Sirius which I haven't seen.

there is a whole lot of weird stuff that they find in south america..like the Paracas skulls..this is just another one of those really really weird things I guess.

I dont believe that is some kind of random mutated male human at all. I sort of wonder if that 9% extra DNA was really damaged..or if they found something else that cant go public..sorry but I just have to wonder. If they did find out it had some non human DNA would they really tell all of us so soon? I doubt it.
Long live the unwoke.

This is very, very strange indeed, and for a number of reasons. The vibe I got from the biologists at Stanford who conducted the DNA analysis was that nothing at all untoward or out of place was observed in any of the DNA they had analysed, but 9% unknown is indeed a large amount to be inaccessible to analysis if that is the case. Really interesting...

Very cool thing, whatever it is.
Every day I am thankful that I was introduced to psychedelic drugs.

Interesting and I looked bit into it.

It seems to be a human fetus and the only odd thing that stands out here is the claim that it had an age of 6-8 years. If however it would have the age of a fetus then it would be clear: this is a mummified fetus.

So I looked further and found out that several experts think it is strange that Dr. Nolan's idea of the 6-8 years age is based only on the x-ray density of the epipheseal plates.

Then looking at the paper from Dr. Nolan you can see that he wrote:
Dr. Nolan wrote:
RADIOGRAPHIC IMPRESSION/CONCLUSIONS

* AN UNBELIEVABLY TINY PROBABLY 6-8 YEAR OLD WITH PROPOTIONATE SHORTENING

So Dr. Nolan never did make a final conclusion on the age and Steven M. Greer and the media took this out of context. In science 'probably' is not good enough, it shows that further research is needed.

Thus so far we know the following:
* Size of a fetus
* Human DNA

And the rest is speculation that needs further research. Nothing strange in this actually.

EDIT: This is also an interesting read:

Atacama ‘alien’ mystery is no mystery

In this case the age estimate provided by Dr. Ralph Lachman has perhaps been overly influenced by the high density of the bone in the x-rays of the specimen. In mummified specimens there is a well recognised increase in the density of both bone and cartilage to x-rays, to the point that age determination becomes unreliable

So mummification leads to an increase in the density of both bone and cartilage to x-rays, explaining the age anomaly by Dr. Nolan. It would be interesting to contact Dr. Nolan about this.

Kind regards,

Somehow reminds me of this case.

That an adult human being can be as small as 1m is established due to discovery of the Homo floresiensis at the island of Flores in Indonesia. The legends of small human like races are ubiquitous in many cultures all over the world. Isn't it possible that another species of the genus Homo developed into a very small form and spread alongside the Homo sapiens over the world? If they were very intelligent and also avoidant of us, it could be quite possible that they remained undetected to western scientists, except the occasional discovery of some remains. This would very well explain the similar DNA.
Of cause it could also be all cases of very strange infants and fetuses.

It totally looks like a human fetus, 14-18weekd of gestation in particular. The skull looks quite alien indeed, but that is expected since fetal skulls are so damn fragile and prone to all sorts of deformations when handled ex-utero.

And that looks like cases of anencephaly, esp the bulging eyes and lack of forehead
