Swim hasnt extracted spice in a very long time and he hasnt kept up with all the different tecniques etc.
He usually done an A/B add caustic soda until black and warm then mix then add warm naptha, shake and then leave for three hours then evaporate the naptha, very similiar to marsofold really.
Swim would like to know can he use sodium cabronate instead of caustic soda, and if so how much per gram of mimosa?
Also can he use acetone as the solvent? He has very little naptha. He has xylene also though he has heard it takes for ever to evaporate, swim would freeze precipitate but he has no freezer.
He does plan on doing fasa but wants to also try his old techinique and hopefully improve on it with you guys's help. He would go read all the different teks but he doesnt have the time and hes doing his a/b now. Cheers
