So lately meaning for at least a month now, my sleep pattern has almost been completely flipped, i Don't fall asleep until around sunrise time 4ish 5ish then i usually wake up either before the sun sets or right after.

Idk maybe i just need to try and get my schedule back, has anyone else had this problem lately?

It could be just me, usually that is the schedule i am on when i trip or something, but i haven't been doing and psychedelics except cannabis.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

I have had great trouble sleeping at a regular time lately, and have only just recently been able to overcome it. I have previously tried staying up all night and through the following day, then passing out at a regular time. Each time I fell back into the usual pattern. Also, I don't have any evidence for this but I suspect the change of season has affected my sleep too, it has been much easier to just slip into hibernation mode.

Recently I took a dose of 25 I NBOMe and even though I could have slept I stayed up all night and through the next day, did not take any naps and slept at a regular time on the night. Since then I have cut down on my caffeine intake and nightly snack binging, and cut out the copious amounts of milk I usually drink in the evening. I've been an early bird for about 4 days now and it feels great!

Hope this helps.

Ic that one is probably the only solution i thought of, to stay up all night.

Haven't tried it though maybe i should.

Just was wondering if this was just me or if others where experiencing this problem.

I've had problems sleeping at normal hours all my life. Think I have DSPD.
