Hey all, I have recently been thinking of taking the plunge and letting mother Aya tell me what she has to say. I have smoked spice a few different times now, and have broken through twice. I also have done Psilohuasca and just mushrooms by themselves. I want to give Aya a try though now for its teaching and healing purposes, but am not sure where to start.

What I want to know is;
1. What would be a good admixture to caapi for a first time voyager?
2. What would be good starting points as in amounts of caapi and say viridis or mimosa (or whatever else could be used)

I already have researched how to do the brew, so I just need to know good amounts for a first timer and which plants would be best to use, including which kind of caapi.

Thanks all

I would go for a healthy serving of Aya on its own because the vine is what its all about, then add the admixtures once you get to know Aya.

Or just add a few grams of mimosa.

What would be a good amount of the vine for a first time? Also, which color vine would be best?

Vine colours seem pretty random and going of some the recent research being done by some Nexians it seems to me that most vendors don't really know what they have, but yellow is a classic starter colour.

I would just brew up a couple of hundred grams. I would drink a small amount, maybe 10-20g, then if that does nothing drink maybe another 50-100g. If you brew up a large amount You can just keep drinking until you get the desired effect.

As for the admixtures. I've only ever used mimosa for my brews. First time I used 5.5g and was thrown FAR out there. The following times I've used anywhere from 3-3.5g mimosa and it's been wonderful.

For caapi...most will say to start out at 50 as thats the "minimum" for maoi-activity. Although personally, I'd start with 65g-70g caapi.....that way...your most certainly going to get inhibition.

And I know you didn't ask regarding cooking. But I would definitely do a 3x3 boil, collect all 3 boils after the 9 hours, reduce to a shot..and Shocked .

Enjoy

Starting with 60-75g of vine is fine if you get "normal" vine but if you happen to get something equivalent to the muricata that's floating about you would have a very interesting time.

Always test new plants with a low dose.
