Everyone comes back to the same thing. MAOI... It is supposed to relax you and then when you travel it slows things down and makes it more soft on you.
I have never tried it, but others sware by it...!
Another one is deep breathing meditation. There are tricks to meditate too.
Others say its your time when you feel right. It boils down to you and what you feel. Goodluck! We all have that worry hesitation though. Its like the plung in to the unknown. Almost like a cliff jump that you never get used to, it is always hard to take the leap. But maybe once you are off the cliff, it feels fantastic!

My spice travel is slim to none as of now. Just one warp that sent me in to a room with a broken toy or something and every time I tried to put it back together it would break again. Maybe that toy was me, I was worried. I said "oh great, now my brain is broken. What is my family going to think. I am a vegetable now!". I guess it was a loop. I felt a bit mocked at, at the time. 10 mins of this was enough! But it was very warming and when I awoke from my open eyes exp. Warm vibrating headphones that I was holding in my hands (from ripping them off and clutching on to them during the trip).
The other thing I just thought of. Oral consumption. Pharma? You might try that!
