Before I even start, I just want to emphasize the title again.

I am really struggling to convey this.

I loaded roughly 50 mg of yellowish spice into my makeshift glass vaporizer and took 4 or 5 hits. The hits weren't as full and clean as I normally get, but I ended up breaking through the veil for the first time.

God, my memory of this is so fleeting; I've already forgotten so much of it. By the time I took the last hit my vision had shifted to green. The last thing I remember before closing my eyes is seeing my dresser start to rotate clockwise, leaving a trail behind itself as everything vibrated audibly.

I closed my eyes to find infinite red and purple spirals had replaced the rotating dresser. The visuals were so crisp and sharp and rapid. Other psychedelics just can't prepare one for them. Amidst these dense spirals were heads of alien creatures that greatly resembled figures I'd seen on fungus once when looking into the night sky with eyes closed (but they seemed somehow closer this time). I only remember there being two of them. I was scared at first, but the creatures seemed very busy, as if they didn't really notice me. I remember feeling the entire space around me breathing. This made me think back to my body, which I had left a while ago. I wondered if it was still breathing too.

This portion of the experience seemed to last a very long time. Thouh I've only had 5 DMT experiences, I find it distorts time much more severely than other psychedelics.

I can't remember if I opened my eyes during this time; though, I know I opened them a bit later in the experience. Upon opening them my room was shimmering in color. Again, this visual shimmering was vastly different from similar patterning I've seen on 2ce and LSD. It was so much more intricate, comprising colors I didn't know existed. I know that makes no sense, but the colors are just indescribable.

I looked up at the ceiling and saw the most intricate web stretched across every inch of it, consisting of fibers shimmering in these most beautiful, vivid colors. I got so lost in this web. I was staring into a deep ocean of this waving color. I could look so deeply into it. It had completely replaced my ceiling.

At some point later I closed my eyes and saw the same infinitely overlapping patterns that I had seen initially. The creatures, however, were no where to be seen, but I had a felt a presence when looking into the shimmering ocean of color that had replaced my ceiling. I continued to feel this. I admired the visuals as they gradually faded away. I don't think I was back to baseline until 15-20 min after the onset, but it felt much longer.

I'm not usually one for trip reports, but my memory of the DMT trip is so fleeting I like to come back and read these from time to time.

I also find it worth mentioning that I had a good bit of anxiety on picking up the pipe, after a trip a few months ago had gotten a little hairy. But this time the fear I felt previously was absent, and I was completely consumed by the experience.

Nice............... It's good to read a positive trip report. Seems most are negative or just neutral. Gives me inspiration to have another go............

Nice one, it's normal to be scared. This stuff isn't fairies and elves as some would think.

Thumbs up

Thanks for reading guys. Yeah, this was one of those experiences where you're just in awe at what you see and feel, and then it feels so good just to come down and re-enter conventional reality.

You are right...

There is nothing that compare truly

Nor is there anything that can truly compare

What is like it?

There is nothing like it

There are only similitudes or things that are similar in one way or another

A mystical experience can only properly be conveyed using metaphors, parables or allegory

The unknown cannot be spoken about using direct and proper terms because there are NO direct or proper ways to describe it

IMHO
And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not percieve the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, "brother let me remove the speck from your eye", when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye?-Yeshua ben Yoseph
