a friend of mine has some crystalline bufotenine and he wishes to vaporize it. because of the high temperature of bufo vaporization my friend was wondering if it can be done in the vaporgenie or if it needs to get hotter?

what kind of pipe do folks use to vaporize bufotenine? my friend has a few crack pipes.. also.. does bufotenine also run from fire? does it need a herb bed?

SWIM used the IPA-toast method for extracting from 50 vilca seeds. She made up some Electric Sheep changa using 1g of herbs and 450mg of Manske harmalas. She tried this out with her usual vaping method, GVG and a bic and no dice. She got the harmala effect, but nothing else. So she broke out her sketch jet lighter, and definitely had some bufo effect, but the lighter only holds ignition for about 5 seconds at a time (ultra-frustrating). Finally, she put the herb into a bong and got back to the initial effects she had.

From this, it appears that a GVG with jet lighter will work for bufotenine, but not a regular flame.
