I recounted my first trip into hyperspace in the post titled "DMT Chewed Me Up and Spit Me Out." Since that time I've described the DMT experience to others as "like being attacked by a psychedelic jungle cat."

The experience to me has been like being tackled by a large powerful animal. Resistance is futile, you are almost completely powerless, and your best option is surrender and hope the beast doesn't eat you alive.

I believe it is beyond question that DMT involves a learning curve. My first experience, like so many other firsts, was hampered by a number of novice mistakes (to much heat namely). Since then I've experimented with various methods of administration until I finally figured out how to successful complete the deceptive simple task of vaporizing DMT crystals. The account of my second and third DMT experience is as follows:

First, many thanks to the members that correctly recognized that I was burning my crystals. Upon this advice I switched from a torch to a regular lighter. I loaded 30 milligrams of spice onto my copper disk, secured the top of my CVG and slowly heated the spice while gently pulling a full but comfortable breath of vapor.

No pain. Not the least bit harsh... maybe it didn't work... No matter, I patiently count to 20 anyway. To my surprise and satisfaction I exhale a light vapor.

I decide to try another pull.

Same as before and I begin a countdown from 20 that I never reach... the WARMTH rushes over me and my sense of self, relative to my perception of time and space, is completely lost. When I say this, I say so in retrospect, because at the "time" I was completely lost, not only as to my sense of location (i.e. space), but also to my notion of self.

In an instant I felt the Clear Light, like the most intense fire, burn through all the surface anxieties that dominate ordinary perception and action. I spent a comparatively longer time tumbling through time and space before I reached my final destination.

This was an extremely confusing series of events, because I was not in touch with the idea that I had consumed DMT. I had no idea where I was at or where I was going... then I arrived.

I came to rest in a small room. The floor, ceiling, and walls were painted in a flowing black-and-white checker board pattern. The room was occupied by an ominous jester-type man that I understood to be a doctor. (hereinafter the "Doctor"Pleased. The Doctor was accompanied by an innocent looking girl in a white dress.

It was communicated to me through non-verbal communication that I could ask them something.

Still trying to gain my bearings I asked, "Am I sleeping?" The pair just laughed; though the focus was clearly on the Doctor.

Still utterly perplexed I followed up with my next profound question, "Am I wet?" (at the time my body interpreted the flowing viscous warmth as being liquid). The Doctor, understandably, thought this question was even more hilarious.

Then, just as quickly as it started, everything completely stopped and I returned to my room where I was able to recollect that I had just traveled on DMT.

I spent the next thirty minutes letting it all sink in. I decided to return, reloaded my CGV and took two more pulls.

However, before I did I also set up a video camera to record the travel.

Just the same as last time I tumbled through hyperspace. I like to describe the feeling as "tumbling" travel because the event is decidedly non-linear and it is very difficult to keep one's bearings. It feels like string theory - I travel through every possible path before I arrive at the destination.

Unlike last time I remain cognizant that I am "tripping" (though I no longer think this is an apt term for this experience).

In the midst of all the confusion I tell myself "let go and just observe" At this point the tumbling ends and I am sitting face to face with a humanoid creature with multiple arms. (reminiscent of the Hindu Goddess Shiva). The Goddess was sitting in the center of a giant beautiful white lotus flower.

I could feel the presence of the Doctor. I had the sense that the Doctor was providing this experience for me, but not because of altruism, but because the Doctor is POWERFUL... more powerful then my mind's own ability to comprehend.

In any event, the Goddess and her lotus seat begin to bloom in the most beautiful pattern imaginable and "she bloomed through the infinite" (the best way I can describe it). As the Goddess continued to bloom through the lotus I was filled with ecstasy and humor. (remember I knew the Doctor was behind all of this, and the Doctor is a bit of a lunatic).

Then the infinite blooming of the lotus Goddess paused and the Doctor appeared.

He greeted me with a smile and asked me rhetorically, "Are you happy now?" but it was also like he said to me "I gave you what you wanted, didn't I?" (keep in mind this is all non-verbal communication).

I answered, "yes, that was so beautiful"

Then the Doctor, looking right at me says, "now you have more [spice] don't you?"

I nod affirmatively.

"I want you to give the rest to "Michael*" (*I changed the name of my friend to protect his identity.)

Then he left me with the paused image of the infinitely blooming lotus.

AFTERTHOUGHTS: It was an absolutely amazing experience. I am a bit saddened but humbled. The Doctor regarded me as a type of foolish child. We both understood that he was infinitely more powerful than me and he had no reservations about communicating that to me. The second time around he gave me a beautiful vision, but I know he only did it to please me - like giving a crying infant a pacifier.

I definitely was not taken seriously by the Doctor.

I left with the overwhelming understanding that my mind is small and my race is still woefully unevolved.

The only thing I can think of is to improve upon my meditation practice. Your suggestions are always much appreciated. I never would have gotten this far without the love and guidance of this community.

hello,

im glad you had more success this time with your vapourising, i would switch back to the torch though, just use it sparingly and you will be able to get your full dose in a single hit.

you lotus experience sounds epic. Did you listen to the Doctor and give away your DMT?

Hi 3rdI,

I may experiment more with the torch, especially in combination with Muellin.

The Doctor showed me the Hindu God of Destruction and then gave me an instruction - hell yea I listened. Smile

I have a feeling the Doctor isn't the sort of guy you ignore.

Thank you for sharing,

I'm not sure why so many people like to video record themselves laying down with their eyes closed, do you get anything from that?

The vision of the Shiva and lotus sounded beautiful, I am happy you got to experience that.

I always travel solo so I was curious to know how my body acted (did I toss-and-turn, etc). I also wondered if I spoke out loud. The answer to both questions is no.

You're right. Its basically a 6 minute video of me taking a nap. Rolling eyes

However, you can hear me grunt a few different times in the very beginning. Which was interesting.

I have a friend that grunts whiles he's in hyperspace too. Sometimes it's kind of comical.
