I woke up that morning after some very interesting dreams and one thing I was sure of is that it was time for me to go. I decided to leave the next morning after the night's ceremony 4 days early of my time paid for. I simply felt I had more than enough to integrate and to be honest my body and mind are tired and need to rest. although my spirit wanted to continue.

We reduced the brew down a bit more to provoke a very powerful last journey as this ceremony was not open to the other guests only myself, and another couple that have also been here for quite some time. The 3 of us truly pushed the envelope here and worked very in depth during our stay. It was our wish to end this period together and the shaman's made it happen even though no ceremony was planned for this night.

I had hopes for a big one, and desires for visions or contact with the plant spirits but at some point in my room that day I decided to trust ayahuasca and the intention I would state as I held the cup to my forehead before drinking was, whatever you feel is best. I drank the strongest brew yet and it wanted to come out within seconds. I fought to keep the medicine in me for as long as possible but after an hour it was so distracting and laborious I had to concede to the purge and left the maloka to expel the brew.

As i returned My stomach was in great pain and the nausea would not let up. I was feeling very little effects from the 1st cup and knew it was necessary to drink again but couldn't until this sickness went away. I approached One of the shaman's explaining my situation and asked for his help which he gladly did for me and what was one of the most amazing acts of a curendera I have been part of.

He came to me sat at my side and sang an icaro. Once finished with the song he pulled up my shirt and massaged my stomach feeling around for the problem. Although it felt good it also hurt and made the pain a bit worse with the deep massage. He said to me ill be right back and returned with a bottle and a bowl. He rolled a mapacho splif and first cleansed my body with the smoke. He then took 2 large swig's of aqua de flores holding it in his mouth and rubbed some on my belly. He took me a bit off guard for a second as he then placed his mouth on my stomach and began to suck air in through the aqua de flores bubbling like a bong. He did this in different areas of my stomach for a few min and then clamped down hard with sealing his lips against my stomach and sucked hard as if giving a large opened mouth hicky. I could feel the pain and problem being sucked out of my body and it felt amazing. He did this for about 5 min repeating the process and I was feeling better each time. He then stood up walked outside and purged many times vomiting out all the pain that he took from me! Its was nothing short of spectacular and just reinforces my trust and respect for these powerful healer's.

I was then able to drink again and never felt a bit of nausea or pain holding the second cup down the entire time. I lay there waiting for the effects to begin but after an hour it was quite clear they were not coming. It all made perfect sense. My work for now is done. Ayahuasca has given me so much in the past 6 weeks that for now I must rest. I didn't feel the need to drink more and try to force anything, I needed to respect my body and mind and thank them for their strength and give them a time to recuperate.

This process although magnificent is also very hard work and taxing. In my time here I went through all the emotions a person can feel. I hated the place at times, my room felt like a prison cell and at one point I turned against the shamans and felt I was being lied to and cheated. They all patiently allowed me to see that this too was all part of the process and necessary. Nobody took any offence but simply allowed me to work through it and free myself. Its an emotional roller coaster and everyone goes through it that stays for multiple weeks, a full month is suggested for the process to complete usually.

I spent the night in beautiful reflection and appreciation. I walked around the lake listening to the forest's nightly symphony of frogs insects and bats. I said my thank you to the lake and the forest and of coarse ayahuasca and just enjoyed this last moment here until I could no longer keep my eye's open. My time here has changed my life and I leave her a new person. The happiest and most peacefilled I have ever been. I owe my life to ayahuasca and will never forget her absolute perfection and gifts.

That is all. For now my work with the vine is done. I will know when it is time to return to Ayahuasca..

much love,
OM'

Fantastic Report,

Sounds like you got what you needed Smile.

Best of luck with your integration. Very happy
