Also, next time consider buying whole seeds or making extract yourself because then you know the right dosage. 10x may mean 10x more alkaloids than the whole plant (so if a dosage of rue is around 3.5g tea, then 350mg of the extract), but maybe you need more or less depending on how pure the extract really is, how it was done.
