Just wondering about this... Usually I make changa with caapi extract, but since rue is so much cheaper I tried making a batch with that. All I do to extract the harmalas from the rue is I put the whole seeds (not ground) in water and leave them there for a month, then I just use that water. Do you think it would be harmful to use this extract in my changa for a woman (who may or may not be pregnant--it's not always easy for her to know)?
