I have got some 10x Syrian rue extract
I've never used it before
Has anyone got advice on a oral dosage to use before smoking Changa in joints to extend duration

start with anywhere from 100-300mg..above that and you might start to really get sick..100mg should potentiate smoked DMT and 300mg can be visionary on it's own..if it truely is 10x
