I have a spawn bag going, and a couple of shrooms matured a bit faster than all the rest, seems like they were the scouts, to see if the conditions were okay for the rest..not sure tho...either way, I know its important to pick them after the veil breaks, or just before, for maximum potency, but also to prevent spores from spilling onto other little guys, and turnin them black...these three mature ones, they are about 4-5 inches tall, but it looks like their veil has broken....they are bent over in such a way, where the bottom of the cap is facing upwards, obviously preventing the spores from spilling....Do I go ahead and pick these, then re-seal the bag? Or should I leave them until the others have caught up? Thanks guys!

You may as well just pick them while they're fresh. I see no harm in doing so as long as you're using good sanitary practices. Hope that helps! Congrats on the new fruit!
