I know datura is a discouraged drug but it is sometimes used in ayahuasca and this question is regarding what would happen in a combination of datura and DMT, delete this thread if it is needed.

Datura creates hallucinations which seems real, if a dose that created hallucinations of datura was taken with ayahuasca would it cause the hallucinations of ayahuasca to seem real? Would delirium based on ayahuasca hallucinations happen?
