For the record the orange oil is DMT with plant fats (read impurity's) that stop it from readily crystallizing.
It is worth ones time to simply recrystallize this orange oil to yeild clean pure DMT which can be weighed correctly.
50mg orange oily DMT will only actually be XXmg DMT and XXmg impurity's.
I would also recommend not using Caapi vine in a smoking blend. This is for the obvious reason that smoking fibrous woody material is not pleasant.
Using plain Caapi leaf can contain enough MAOI properties to affect the experience and be called Changa, but what you will find is that most people in the know will actually perform an extraction on the Caapi vine to yield a powdered Harmala which is then infused into the herb mixture.
Im not sure i understand the weights you have mentioned. 300mg enhanced peppermint has what... 150mg dmt? Yet your adding hundreds of grams of Chacruna and Caapi leaf?
Might i recommend keeping it simple at first. The original pioneers often made 1:3, one part dmt, three parts herb (Caapi leaf was the primary choice, peppermint is often popular as a secondary)
Tho many people seem to enjoy a 1:1 ratio here at the Nex.
Of coarse this is all opinion. Feel free to do as you please. Just remember its easy to get carried away planning what your going to use, and completely breeze over the reality of the proposed plan (i cant imagine smoking grams of fibrous woody caapi vine, grams of Caapi and Chacruna leaf, that might only contain a fraction of DMT and hope for a decent experience).
