here´s some info

About This Item:
Item: Yellow Banisteriopsis caapi Dried Twigs

These are larger sized twigs, much thicker then our small sized twigs. You will need to shred these before using.

Leaves and twigs can be used to make a tea (or added to ayahuasca), and some users have found it to be an aid to fight depression and to increase energy levels. 1-3 leaves and some ground up twig(s) per cup of water (boiled for 10 minutes) can show noticeable results for depression. Use caution if taking SSRI antidepressants!

I have personally been using this tea recipe (recommended from an urban shaman) and have noticed very significant levels of increased energy and an improved sense of well being. The tea can be made in minutes, is very easy to prepare and have freshly on hand. The twigs can be broken by hand or put in a blender to be crushed into a finer material. They can also be used for a few boilings without any noticable losss of potency. I have definitely found that the smaller vine pieces have enough alkaloids to be of extreme benefit- please give it a try to see for yourself. I rate this highly!
