In the PF tek, I am slightly confused:
I have seen this done differently in the growingmushrooms video, the official tek on the shroomery, and some posts here so I wanted to verify if this procedure would work:
1. poke 4 holes in metal lid, then close the jar with the lid and cover the holes with a piece of tape, then cover w/foil
2. PC, uncover foil, then inject syringe (with sterile technique) through the tape
3. take out of glovebox, remove tape
I see in those videos the jars are just sitting outside with the holes uncovered. Don't these holes expose to contaminants that we were so keen on avoiding?
