How popular is 2cb these days, aka nexus. Curious.
Its not easy to find here in Cape Town.

2C-B was always enjoyable when I tried it (albeit not in ZA) but sadly that doesn't equate with availability.

This forum, while focussed on psychedelics overall, is more specifically oriented towards sustainability and growing your own psychoactive plants. To that end, I would suggest looking into growing mescaline-producing cacti as mescaline was the inspiration for the research that led to the creation of 2C-B. In that sense you could call mescaline the original and best.

The environment around Cape Town is likely to be quite well suited to growing certain active cactus species.

Your choice of nickname suggests to me you're not wholly unfamiliar with some of your local magic plants too - have you tried this dream herb, or any of the other fairly abundant psychoactive vegetation? You'll have a fair number of psilocybin mushrooms to choose from in your part of the world too.

It will be extremely popular with me if I ever encounter it. Until then I'll have to make do with mescaline.

I have never tried 2CB but I did once take a heroic dose of 2C-I and I tripped for 17 hours straight not including a days long come down followed by 24 hours of sleep.

I did not have a good time, and when it was 8 hours in, it was still peaking and I began to seriously worry. Thankfully I had a friend online who helped to ease my concerns.

In total I believe to have consumed somewhere around 100-150mg and I also washed the bag that I had it in. For reference, a normal dose is somewhere around 25mg, so I was definitely in for a ride. I was improperly dosed by a friend who went off bad research, a lesson that would stay with me forever, as I now heavily research anything that I plan on putting in my body.

I would like to add that all of the 2C's are, although very simmilar in some ways, also very unique.
Some of them are very light and almost without any side effects, while some of them are very serious psychedelics that should probably be avoided by people who've never taken a psychedelic substance before.

As a general rule of thumb i would say: no 2C should ever be taken as a replacement for another.

Among the 2C's, 2C-B was pretty unique. There is nothing at this moment that i know of, that can replicate it's effects exactly.

But there are many other substances that are also very unique in their own way. I would not say that of all psychedelics, 2C-B is realy "the one".

Mescaline shares some of the effects of 2C-B, especially in small doses, but is a much more serious psychedelic in my opinion.
