I came across this novelty.

Just interested if the chemist around here could shed some more light on this compound.
It's at least a workaround that gives the compound a legal status. But would it work ?

There is just a little info to be found about it.

It seems when heated the Nboc disappears”.

"N-Boc compounds need to be cleaved with trifluoroacetic acid to liberate the amine..."

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

I wonder if they just sell DMT and label it as n-boc...

I just wonder how chemists do this.

Would this even do anything for legality though? Seems like it'd still be scheduled under the analog act at the least.

At that, the t-BOC has to be on the indole N-H group, the sidechain nitrogen is a tertiary amine and won't create BOC carbamates.

The N-t-BOC will fall off that nitrogen group incredibly easily, and in reality, the powder you'd be left with would be a definitely illegal mix of NBoc-DMT Oxalate and straight up DMT.
Without growth, what's the point?

Yes it is on the indole nitrogen, it does because the blanket law states any tryptamine or ether of tryptamine that has side chain nitrogen substituents but nothing else is illegal.

You can obtain very pure NBoc-DMT. Perhaps it's the job of the vendor to sell the pure compound he is advertising.
