See, here's what we're talking about when we say you need to reevaluate your sense of ego. Why is that in order to help people you need people to follow you? Have you considered the possibility that perhaps your ideas aren't any better than anyone else's? Maybe what Praxis was getting at was that instead of lamenting about your inability to lead a movement, you should focus on joining others who've already formed groups and movements.

The world has enough visionary leaders already, the problem is they don't have enough people willing to set their own egos and ambitions aside to be an instrument of change and play a part in the movement. You don't have to be Martin Luther King to change the world, but if you think you have to be to make a difference then it is yourself you must change first.
