Looking like some nice crystals to me.

Maybe try popping it in a warm water bath.

If the crystals dissolve, all should be well, so pipette off the liquid. You should then get the crystals re-forming when the naphtha (or whatever solvent it is) cools down - BUT you might want to warm up your pipette first, otherwise it might well clog up if it's too cold.

I really don't think it would be lye crystals as they are clearly forming out of the solvent layer, and lye is very soluble in water.

It looks to me like they are forming out of the aqueous layer, in the solvent layer. Which to me would indicate that they are insoluble in the NP solvent. Lye is known to crystallize in solution when it is left standing for a period of time, forming crystals that look similar to DMT.

Putting the solution in a warm water bath would dissolve the crystals in the NP solvent if they are DMT, and it would dissolve them into the aqueous layer if they are lye. So whether or not they dissolve when heated is irrelevant. By all means try the warm water bath, but don't be too surprised if the crystals dissolve and then nothing precipitates from your NP solvent.

Another option would be to fish those little guys out of there manually, then try to dissolve them in a small amount of water. Check the pH of the water before putting the crystals in there and then again after. If the pH increases significantly, then it is most likely lye.
