boil some d-limonene..or do the 2:3 MEK:heptane mix..or boil xylene(gross)..it will separate the nasties from the bufotenine..

once the d-limonene/xylene is boiling...dump in your product and it will melt..and the solvent will take up the bufotenine..and leave behind the nasties..

with the MEK:heptane mix..you mix in your product..the MEK:heptane will absorb the bufotenine leaving behind the nasties...pour off the MEK:heptane and then boil it until it become cloudy..then let it sit and the bufotenine should crystallize

so SWIM just got 4g of fairly pure bufotenine..out of 200g seeds..this is after the d-limonene boil..so its just about the same as the 50g extraction...SWIM now has just about 5g of bufotenine to play with..so..here we go!!!!

That's a 2% yield. That's about what you should get from most seeds so you likely got close to 95% or more of all the bufotenine in the seeds. Good job.

you still get a bit of the vasoconstricting effects..but that is starting to feel good to SWIM..but its nothing like snorting a big line of the stuff..when it feels like a ton of bricks are sitting on your face..you can also take THH, harmine, harmaline, theobromine, ginkgo..69ron has a post about LSA and bufotenine being vasoconstricters..and other materials that counteract that effect if it really bothers you...

it seems like the more SWIM smokes it..the less the vasoconstriction bothers him...its like hes starting to become immune to it..

yeah..the nasties stay at the bottom..so just decant..and then with the MEK:heptane you would boil off the MEK..but for the d-limonene boil..just wait for it to cool..and the bufo will drop..then pour off the d-limonene after maybe an hour

Could someone give this info sheet a quick browse. SWIM's not sure about it as it says it contains 60-90% ALIPHATIC PETROLEUM HYDROCARBONS and only 10-30% ORANGE TERPENES.
