After i first tried a very small amount that hardly touched me at all i went out about an hour later, pulled up outside a shop & forgot to put the handbrake on & rolled into another car, so i wouldn't suggest it

You may feel like your totally back to normal, but imo, your not, its such a powerful experience on your psyche i think its bullshit people saying your back to baseline in half an hour, at least a couple hours to really truly be back to baseline, id go further & say a good nights sleep.

Sounds like bullshit to me. Don't blame DMT on poor driving that probably cost you lots of monies.

I drove an hour after my first DMT experience (not a breakthrough, but amazing still). It was in morning traffic, I had not slept the night before, and it was in an unfamiliar area. The irony is I remember several other people driving erratically (one person left their blinker on for miles, another oncoming car pulled into the left turn lane on my side, etc.). I successfully navigated home without incident.

I think that waiting the full hour to hour and a half as people suggested is potentially a bit overkill. For some people this may be the case, but by half an hour in nowadays I feel completely back to baseline. I guess if you're one of those people who take longer to work it out of their systems, you should wait all the time you feel necessary, but personally half an hour and I'm at baseline. It may not be the same baseline I had before trying spice, but my entire day, whether or not I touch spice or mj or alcohol (or whatever) for over a week is still populated by mild phosphene clouds of color.
