1 Healthy people do not allow their hatred to control their thinking and behavior, healthy people allow what they love to control them
2 Healthy people do not allow their fears to be more influential then their hopes
3 Healthy people allow themselves to endure pain now for reward later, while unhealthy people allow themselves to have a reward now for pain later
4 Healthy people help themselves first, then others after, because if they don’t no one is helped
5 Healthy people are their own king/queen, unhealthy people are their own slave
6 Healthy people prosper from their desires, unhealthy people suffer from them
7 Healthy people get happiness out of pleasure, unhealthy people find pleasure their only happiness
8 Healthy people allow the past to bring prosperity to the present, unhealthy people allow the past to bring degeneration to the present
9 Healthy people know that no one can ever make someone else truly happy, unhealthy people believe that they can only be truly happy through the actions of others
10 Healthy people know that every single thing they have ever done “wrong” provides an opportunity for future correction, unhealthy people believe that every single thing they have ever done “wrong” is a testament to their “permanant inadequacy to do better or good”
11 Healthy people know you can never do something to make a person truly like/love you, unhealthy people believe that the bases for peoples likes/loves/dislikes is rooted in a persons behavior, but in reality it is actually reflected in a persons natural personality which can not be changed in its root being that is intrinsic to a persons character, regardless of how much they change how they outwardly behave, people can not change or hide the root of their personality, especially not once they have passed the peak of their physical development
12 Healthy people know they can only adjust their thinking and their behavior, they can’t change their personality or their soul, they can just learn to understand it with greater clarity
13 Healthy people know that when having problems with others they are best apt to manage themselves instead of trying to manage the other party
14 You can’t help those who are not interested to help themselves, no matter what way you try
15 A person who doesnt love themselves with not be able to receive the sensation of love from others, they may acknowledge others love them but they can not feel the emotion of it
16 A person who is bent on self destruction will inevitably destroy their immediate environment, often completely unintentionally, many times without them even realizing it
17 Knowledge without understanding its application is never applied
18 A person who knows what to do yet doesn’t do it can never be truly glad to know it at all, for they will either feel they have sold themselves short of their potential or they will feel others have sold them short
19 All healthy people feel guilt and shame, and truly healthy people allow themselves to explore these feelings with the knowledge that to do so is the only way to truly help quell/correct them
20 Often times the frequency or repetition of things is the key difference between whether said things bring benefits or detriments to a person
