When I ask this question I’m speaking in terms of comparing it to lsd, shrooms, or even dxm. I’ve mostly heard it’s wasted effort but I’ve gotten mixed reports. Any nexians have some real experience with this subject and if so I’m looking for an honest comparison... This guys ego ^

Salvia tinctures and quidded plain leaf ARE effective means of consort with Ska Maria Pastora. My experience with SD, considerable at this point, has me recommend smoking enhanced leaf a few times to familiarize oneself with SD "headspace". A minority of individuals are quite resistant to SD.
Once so "initiated", the subtle yet profound effects had via sublingual tincture or quidded plain leaf are much more readily appreciated. The indigenous Mexicans, Mazatecs, describe SMP as a "shy deer". Indeed the trance induced via these gentler ROA, versus smoked enhanced leaf, can typically be quickly exited if one is disturbed or volitionally. Ideally, choose a quiet, dim/dark setting and enter a meditative state as one quids or tintures.
Many find this the best way to commune with SMP. Surely, SD is not LSD or shrooms, the effects however are far from placebo even with tincture or quidded plain leaf. Home grown, dried SD leaves remain potent for years. The plain leaves can be smoked, quidded or used to make a tincture with ethanol. I have found SD to be a most ergonomic ally!

I’ve smoked 20x a few times... sally d had me thinking I was a blanket on a loom for a minute there lol. I know how powerful salvia is. What I’m asking I guess is if I use a tincture will the effects be mellow but still profound or unnoticeable for the most part. I plan on putting the Mandelbrot set on my vr headset putting some theta wave brain entrainment music on and using a tincture or quid... I’d like to just smoke some but I won’t be able too see the lighter plus if I blast off I might burn myself. This guys ego ^

My experience with quid and tincture has been mellow and controllable. Should be perfect with theta brain wave entrainment music!

In my limited experience quidding leaf this is the case. If I stay still in the dark i have a real experience that while subtle and very in a alien headspace quickly subsides if I come out. Minding that I am not chewing a massive quid. More like 3 or 4 big leaves. Marijuana, LSD, psilocybin, and DMT they all changed the way I see But love's the only thing that ever saved my life - Sturgill Simpson "Turtles all the Way Down" Why am I here?
