You can look at where your Saturn is on your Natal (Birth) chart and see what significance is carried from your Saturn moving from where it was, to being in Capricorn during this alignment.

How do you figure out the chart thing though; do you need time of day born ?

You do not have to use a real/accurate time of day or location you were born... It is not relevant to where your Saturn is...
