My camera is terrible for detail, there are beautiful pink/purple highlights on these buds, as well as some amazing trichomes, about 2/3rds of which are heavily cloudy translucent/white, 1/3 are golden, yet my standard kindle fire HDX camera barely captures this color or any real detail for that matter... (I never take pictures of my cannabis, for me it's a normalized part of life, in my state it's been relieved of its contraband status, full legalization, and has been culturally normalized to the point where most think of it as "no big deal", I have actually had some amazing cannabis, but never thought to take pictures of it, I'll take a photo of some really photo worthy cannabis and post it soon, until then, I'll have to post a bad photo of some good cannabis, and I'll add on a photo of some butane extract, 3g beautiful golden BHO extract. ) -eg entheogenic-gnosis attached the following image(s): KINDLE_CAMERA_1425638821000.jpg (197kb) downloaded 325 time(s). I generally attempt to cram as much cannabis as I can into my glass carry container, I'll have to take pictures Before hand, I can generally fit over 14g in that thing, which is great to always have on you, the downside is it smashes good looking buds, they still smoke the same though... My camera is terrible, it's the standard camera on a kindle fire hdx, no zoom, poor resolution, the camera is pointing towards you, so it's really hard to see the screen when taking pictures, and it's hard not get in the background of your pictures, but the worst part has to be the poor resolution and lack of zoom... Why am I complaining about the camera? Because I got some pretty purple cannabis just for this thread, and then my camera shows no detail, and the color is off, I had to place the purple buds next to.some green ones just so it would look semi-close to how it does in person, and not just look like a black blob...with this camera you can't see trichomes, you can barely see hairs, and the color is off...these buds look 1-million times better in person... Any way, the purple cannabis is "grape ape", kind of whispy, but smells and taste amazing...THC, CBN, CBD, etc...are odorless and tasteless, so the taste and smell of cannabis is generated by other terpenes, monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes and terpenoid compounds, "The typical scent of hemp results from about 140 different terpenoids" most of which may have activity in their own right or may enhance or alter the effect of the THC and CBN.
