I've had an experience of people doing black magic on me, writing on the back of my head, squeezing my spine (i did not ask for this)… very dark stuff, i wrote a report about it if you ever want to read it, its called "Dmt and the dark arts". To be honest, white magic, black magic… both are power trips, in buddhism and hinduism acts of magical occurrences are called "siddhis" which are super powers attained by those whom learn how to control their mind, but they say that you should not get caught up with theses siddhis, and let them go, so that you can go deeper into the practice.

I've also heard/read that any intention sent out towards another person will be magnified back to you 3 fold. To be honest, you kind of got what you deserved, to wish a negative intent towards someone is just an ego trip dictating what is right and wrong, are you the dictator of reality who gets to choose how others experience reality? Don't get me wrong, we've all done it, intentionally or unintentionally, but what we can learn from the experience is that it is not our place to continue creating karma in this world, it sounds like you've learnt your lesson and i hope you have, for using your powers for dark causes will only lead to further punishment in the future… and it will be thrown back on you, not whom you've attempted to cause harm towards.

Music is alive and in your soul. It can move you. It can carry you. It can make you cry! Make you laugh. Most importantly, it makes you feel! What is more important than that?

Man Sunshine! That sounded like one wild ride! I don't dabble in any magic unless you count card tricks as "magic" ...

Big grin

It is very strange and intriguing that your cigs went missing. Coincidence? Perhaps, perhaps not...

Have you noticed any lingering effects from that event?

I don't think its a matter of consciously wishing ill will on other individuals. I believe it to be more a matter of power! The fact they can perform these things, makes them feel powerful and so they do so just to prove to themselves how powerful they are, as well as to practice their new found skills.

The girl who wrote on the back of my head, i felt lingering headaches for about a month after the experience, and i could sense something was lingering on the back of my mind, which i used certain clearing techniques to completely eradicate.

The person who squeezed my spine, i would refer to as an attempt to steal kundalini from me, it works, my kundalini wasn't propelling up my spine directly, there was literally a hole in my kundalini energy and it took me about a month to heal. These acts are simply dangerous and lack compassion, it is a matter of feeling powerful.

I've seen videos and read information about the manipulation of kundalini energies, they discuss that anyone trying to manipulate kundalini do not recognise the dangers of this process. Many individuals who attempt to manipulate kundalini apparently are doing so as the black magic trade. The best way to open ones kundalini channels is to open their heart, an open heart balances the lower three and higher three chakras, so that one can thoroughly communicate whatever they receive from a kundalini awakening, through a loving, compassionate heart.

Maybe he was always going to "borrow" some cigs, and you intuited this during your journey. The red and black linguinsects could be the guilt archetype as put out by your friend, more pronounced because he emptied the packet; pronounced enough to reach you all the way in the other room, and you being in a completely open and vulnerable state - both physically and mentally.
The guilt latched onto some latent guilt within you, and it became your guilt. You experienced your own guilt within the trip that was triggered by the guilt of a friend with slippery fingers.
But his actions had good intentions, perhaps he was concerned by the amount of cigs you smoke?

Yes, I assure you I have learnt my lesson. I did not take this kind of stuff very seriously and part of me doubted it entirely. After this experience, I have had second thoughts about that assessment.

Well, cursing people might not be the best way to test something you doubt anyway.

My experience is that this sort of crap you got into is like the mafia. If you mess with them (positively or negatively), they will mess with you. You become part of the game, you've logged in. You "owe them one".

There are people who really get off on this crap, but I find it far more wholesome to not mess with summoning and binding. I don't have problems with creatures like this because I refuse to play their game.

You could look into chaos magick as a more "purified" approach, it doesn't have weird insect angels to beat you up. It also teaches correct attitude. The best way to relate to other beings (human or otherwise) is mutual respect and granting space and freedom. Worship and deference are as bad (and in fact just the other side of the same coin) as attempts at control.

Well said. Thumbs up

@SunshineRecorder
First off, I hope that you're feeling well since and that you did not have to endure intolerable hardship during the experience. I feel that suffering is never "deserved", no matter the reason. No being should suffer.

I won't go adding my judgements or beliefs to this thread otherwise... However; If I may instead recommend some authors and books you may be interested in, it would be my pleasure to pay it forward. I'm happy to share digital copies of almost anything I mention, so long as it's been released to the public or the author is no longer living. Smile

Before I mention anything, I'd like to highly recommend to anyone interested in Chaos Magick and/or psychedelic exploration: "Liber Null & Psychonaut" by Peter Carroll & "Techniques of Modern Shamanism" by Phil Hine. Both are fantastic in their own right, and together provide a solid foundation for the practice of integrating magick and psychedelics. They are also challenging excursions into the topics which are not merely intellectual in nature, as magick itself is foremost a journey of the spirit.
For a more broad and empirically-founded overview of the use of psychedelics in magick and spirituality, I strongly recommend Julian Vanyne's "Pharmakon: Drugs and The Imagination"

On the subject of evocation and sigils, I might suggest that one's beginning attempts at either art form be directed toward positively effecting his or her own own life... This is not just to prevent unduly harming another individual in one's own ignorance; By focusing your efforts on your own life, you are better able to recognize the results of your actions and you have more experience from which to learn.

Regarding Sigils: I would, of course, recommend the works of A.O. Spare simply because it is the only way to really understand the fundamentals of the artform. The world is littered with the ashes of impotent sigils created by people who disregarded the need for creativity and meditation during their creation. A sigil is simply a well thought-out doodle unless it is brought to life in the consciousness of its creator (and preferably everyone else)... That being said, Spare is certainly not easy to read, and for some more contemporary viewpoints on the subject, I would suggest Peter Carroll, Phil Hine, Andrieh Vitimus and Ralph Tegtmeier (Frater U.D.).

And, uh... Well, when it comes to evocation... It might not be so wise to go binding spirits to your friends and loved ones unless you are intimately familiar with the servitor in question and have a trusting relationship with it already. It would be a shame if you had to call Ghostbusters because you accidentally unleashed the wrath of Cthulhu on your best friend while trying to help him get a record deal. (See Phil Hine's "Rites That Go Wrong") Wink
This isn't an area that I'm all that into, and I don't know that I can make any solid recommendations. However, I would caution against starting with the classic works of western magic. I find that contemporary chaotes often have an approach that is far more grounded and comprehensible to our modern minds which provide a more steady foundation from which to explore. Again, I would recommend Peter Carroll, Phil Hine and Andrieh Vitimus as good contemporary authors on those works.
You may also want to check out Phil Hine's On Cursing, since you seem to like his work. Smile

On the topic of drugs of choice:
Personally, I like mild quidded salvia, LSA and smallish amounts of LSD around the time/s when I am practicing any sort of ritual, as they are more likely to evoke in me a refreshed state of calm wellbeing and a more accepting conscientious outlook, without much if any distraction or difficulty in getting there; Whereas I find DMT to be far too strange and difficult to understand, or that the emotional gravity of the experience was far more than I had expected or prepared for.
I prefer DMT for helping to bring about profound moments of inspiration, for powerful encounters which challenge my spirit and for initiatory purposes. For ritual, energy work or chemignosis, it's often just very much not what I'm needing in that moment.

Woah, it's late... I hope you can find some good reads in there! Let me know if you'd like any ebooks that aren't currently putting food in the author's mouth. I'm happy to share!

Best of luck,
And Happy Trails!

I would love the Julian Vayne book you mentioned, if you don't mind. I read The Book of Baphomet by him and Nikki Wyrd last year and quite enjoyed it.

Funny bit of synchronicity....

Julian Vayne (unbeknownst to him) turned me on to DMT and led me to the Nexus.

Back in 2012 I was a few years off a horrible nearly 20 year opiate and cocaine addiction and a couple years off methadone and totally miserable. A chance encounter with a friend of a friend and a night of MDMA made me remember that joy was a possibility, and I began searching for my life back. Thinking back to before the addiction, before the misery and shit I put myself through for when I was happy, I remembered it was when I had an interest in chaos magick and psychedelics, though DMT was not in my lexicon.

I found Peter Carroll's online magick school, got a 3 month membership, and started reading archived classes. In one on methods of trance by Julian Vayne, he apologized for not checking in for a few days or something saying he'd had friends over and a weekend with entheogens. The word, entheogens, was new to me. I googled it and there was DMT. It was only one more question search when the Nexus came up.

I'm not sure why it is, but chaos magick and psychedelics have been tied together in my life in many, many instances, and their combination has caused some extremely profound shifts in my life.

I would love to share all the books I have, but that one is currently in print and paying its author's bills. Please check out Julian's site, The Blog of Baphomet, for more details on how to find his printed and digital works. Smile
The title in question was published by Mandrake Press, for the series "Now That's What I Call Chaos Magick!"

If you'd like some A O Spare or Peter Carroll's public works, just send me a PM. I have about 20 gigs of ebooks on Occult study, written by dead people who won't mind me sharing. Smile

How did you like Arcanorium? Did you keep with it, or leave after that three months?.. I've tossed around the idea of joining, myself.

There seems to be some sort of soberingly real interaction with DMT entities and the real world. I've had a similar experience of something being 'repossessed' by them, because the other explanations make ironically less logical sense.

I packed a sandwich method bowl of some extremely potent deemster and left it for myself for the right moment, on a shelf, so my heart rate wouldn't explode upon preparing the spice before my next journey. It sat for awhile, many weeks.

I reach for it one day and it had been smoked down to ash!!!

I would have remembered the intensity of that kind of trip with that kind of dose, but nothing. Not an inkling of having smoked and completely blacking out of consciousness, nada. Just a bowl smoked down to ash. There is no one who could have/would have touched it aside from me.

Freaky.

Wow. This was amazing to read.

I'm gonna be completely honest, when you were telling the part about how you got beat up for trying to cast a kind of revenge/malicious spell on an acquaintance, I thought, "good."

Using magic for harm never works/always comes around to bite the person who intended the harm in the first place. Actually, that happens with or without magic, anyway, but when you include magic, of course it gets weird/intense.

Magic and power only ever sustainably and truly comes to those who are aligned with love. For this reason, you should always be unattached to power and never waver from the path of love. Also, for this reason, you should never fear that those who do harm will "win," because their malintent always comes back around to bite them until they do what you did--beg for forgiveness.

Ah, morality.
