There was some german product called spice that contained some cannabinoid in it...not sure whatever happened with it, I know it came under legal fire. Your best bets are probably back channels/medicinal prescription. You'd probably have to separate out the chemicals yourself as they all fall into the category of controlled substances. Sigma Aldrich unquestionable sells them, along with DMT, LSD, Psilocybin and just about every other psychedelic. Downside is you need a DEA Schedule I permit to order such chemicals from them.

Well, the JWH-X cannabinoids are unscheduled and are considered "designer" cannabinoids, and i've found one website but it isn't accepting new customers for a while. THey are legal to possess for research purposes in the U.S.
