From what I gather, Cialis is a vasodialator and lysergamides are vasoconstrictors, so they shouldn't be dangerous for the cardiovascular system.

Can anyone shed more definitive light on the safety of this combo? Any experiences with it?

I'm curious about this myself . I was prescribed cialis by a eurologist for prostate issues but I had to stop it due to ridiculous side effects. For starters its hell on the sinuses. It can literally trigger a sinus infection. Then it can also cause lower back myalgia that is pretty unbearable. Great for the wood but not worth the hassle in my opinion. Maybe it's different for others .
