So with my most recent breakthrough, I found a guide. I haven't been back since so it's like a faded dream now, but I do remember one very powerful message I got, which is the significance of vibration. Particularly the idea of storing thoughts, emotions, and memory into vibrations.

Since my very first DMT trip, I have always experienced this sound. A very distinct, low resonating vibration that, when focused on, can guide me through visions, mind states, and alternate dimensions. The guide that I recently discovered was encouraging me to make this sound. With many failed attempts in the past, I demonstrated that I simply can't bring my vocal chords that low. The guide responded something like, "You're just doing it wrong…let go". I thought this vibration was all around me, coming from somewhere else. It's difficult to explain this, but I felt as though the guide reached into me and pulled it out. I opened my mouth and realized that the sound was coming from me. It was more crystal clear than ever. I was booming this frequency an entire octave below the lowest note I have ever reached. The frequency was me! The purest form of me, inseparable from my being. Words cannot explain the bliss that this realization brought.

After I came to, I thought for a moment that it was all part of the hallucination. I tried again and while it didn't feel as strong, I was able to resonate that frequency again.

All I have been doing since this discovery is researching and practicing! What I discovered was a singing style called Dag Kargyraa. It is sometimes called Tuvan or Tibetan throat singing. It is a singing style which uses the Ventricular Folds or "false chords" instead of vocal chords. The false chords are much deeper, and more dense, allowing resonation of lower tones. A whole octave lower.

The best part is, ANYONE can do this! Even females, although it seems this style comes more naturally to men.

This is just the beginning, once you have established the Kargyraa fundamental note, the true art of Kargyraa is using the mouth to isolate and amplify HARMONIC OVERTONES. This gives the singer the ability to sing 2 notes at once!

^ a great demonstration of different overtone singing styles, including Dag Kargyraa.

I posted this here in hopes of inspiring other people to try this. For me, Kargyraa has COMPLETELY changed the nature of my psychedelic and meditative experiences. I would love to know if anyone else uses this.

I am no one in particular

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Seems very interesting. I am going to have to research more into thisBig grin

I have had similar encounters with a vibration that could be tuned & seemed to be the very source reality was eminating from. The strange thing is that it has never occured twice with the same substance. It happened once with LSD, once with mescaline, once with DMT, & once with aya.
syncing up with this vibration somehow was the key to pushing deeper into the trip but when I stopped focusing on it the trips were not particularly anything profound or ground breaking. Just typical low dose experiences. Almost as if focusing on the vibration & syncing up with it was the key to entering a trance state or breakthrough.
