Okay, funny, I didn't know that, but it explains the weird news you can sometimes read in the German press:

* Deadly Group Therapy in Berlin: Doctor Denounced as Charlatan

And it's probably only common in the big cities. In the smaller ones >100.000 I never heard of psycholytic therapists. You certainly have to belong to certain circles, that I rather avoid.
