So I happened along something called the Tor network. I notice that a lot of people on there are very concerned with anonymity and security. I'm just curious how big of a deal people on the nexus think that is?

People openly talk about doing "teks" here all the time, which essentially could be as "dangerous" a subject as ones that people on the DN are involved in and take multiple precautions in order to hide from certain "agencies".

I'm curious how valid are the concerns of the people on the DN? And why do we here seem to have way less of a concern, apparent from the lack of "tools" we use to keep our identities anonymous from the "agencies" and others?

Or maybe I just messed up and didn't take the precautions I should have joining this site.
