So, I've been thinking about steam inhalation. Essentially, it's just boiling water, putting some herbs in it and inhaling the vapours with towel over you head which prevents steam escape. I was wondering, has anyone done this with ganja in a bong? Instead of just plain old water, use a hot herb-water mix. Some examples of herbs to add are sage, thyme, peppermint etc. If no one has done this, I'll do it pretty soon and post the results. Mhh, does this work? Water boils at 100°C, THC @ 180°C. Also THC doesn't dissolve in water, that's why you can use water as a filter for THC-laden smoke. Might be worth a try but the material to effect ratio is probably very poor. Just vape it the conservative way?

I'm still burning the ganja in the cone, it's just that the water is releasing vapours from other herbs. Think about it this way, I'm smoking the ganja, but vaping the other herbs at the same time. I'll give it a shot in the near future and post the results. Yeah, it took me some time to understand the concept. I was like: what the hell are you talking about? Seems like a good idea. Personally, I'd vape it anyways, because my lungs don't like tar. You know, my body is my temple. I like to invite the plant spirits, but the tar clouds have to stay out.
