Hi,
I don't know if it's the right place to post, is not really an experience, but for me is it, it's a threshold dose effect that get me scared again...i think this has to go in the "first step in hyperspace" but i can't post there, i'm a member but never get visual from spice and only at the second extraction...but anyway....

Is my second try after this: my first effect from "the thing"

This time i made some changa, 10X in 1gr of caapi leaf, some other herbs and the same extract, one night before i try it in a paper cigarette with tobacco (yes Embarrased ) a very low dose just for precaution, the night after i take the same dosage of dmt (12 mg about, this time with changa) as the link posted before in a cigarette paper again.

I was more relaxed, i start to make hits, and wait, hit and wait...i was feeling something but not so much, so make other much big hits...then it start from the feet, very cold and grow up, then i feel a very hot sensation in the chest, just some seconds, then the same thing, immediatly, my heart start pump more fast and more strong.....ufff, i'm scared again sooo much, this time i sit up and made some breathing and then everything was normal...nothing, only physical and fear effect.

So i don't know, it's normal and i have to pass this level or something it's wrong ? i never had heart problem, i'm a nervous people sometime but i can be also the opposite...i was thinking that with changa i can go up to this but i find the same limit...as in the past in sport time i must learning an handstand and never get it by the fear of falling down...but in this case it's my body to do something not usual...i read all this post of visual and hyperspace and other thing...i get only heart pump and fear...ok, finish.
Was a acbr extract in a goo form.

Sounds like pretty normal reactions in your case, don't worry.
It needs some adapting and getting used to new energies, give it time.
Getting confident with fear helps, it's not a bad thing.

One thing I've found is that after that initial fear and pounding heart, which I get on the first good hit every time, wears off, my body is very heavy and relaxed. Its like that first hit brings all the nerves and adrenaline up in a strong wave, but when the rush subsides its much calmer waters.

Maybe next time you get that feeling where your heart is beating fast and the fear comes up, remind yourself you've had it before and know it will subside. Instead of sitting up, just breathe deeply while staying still and let the rush pass. You may find you feel more at ease after that first hit.

I still find the sensations after my first hit uncomfortable, but I'm not scared of it now because I know what to expect, and I just accept that I have to take tthat first one to get the adrenaline/nerves/whatever out of my system to getvto the good stuff.

I get much the same cold, rushing feeling every time I smoke changa. But only from the first toke. For me it starts from the face and takes over my body the other way, but by the time I exhale the second time, the feelings gone and it's off to hyperspace Big grin

You will get used to this feeling, you just have to keep trying

I'm not a big fan of SWIM. I mean, I've never met the guy, but any time I hear about him, he's doing something sketchy.

Ok, thanks, so it's normal....i think that i try more with these little dosage when i'm feeling good and relaxed and grow up.
Maybe it's also a not so good situation of my life (not bad anyway) many things to do and work....maybe it's best to try when i'm in holidays :-)

Music is alive and in your soul. It can move you. It can carry you. It can make you cry! Make you laugh. Most importantly, it makes you feel! What is more important than that?

Sometimes I put on two pairs of socks before taking a journey. Smile I don't know why, but I get that cold rushing feeling and my feet remain cold throughout the trip. At least until everything is morphing and melting. Then I forget all about my feet, and this reality in general.

It is important to be comfortable and IMHO, warm. I like having a blanket nearby to wrap around myself while traveling. DMT can cause shock/awe/astonishment/bliss/trauma/panic and a multitude of other feelings and emotions.

The blanket is comforting. Think about when someone goes into shock after a traumatic event (and trust me, DMT can be very traumatic)...often they will wrap that person up in a blanket, lay them down and elevate the legs and feet slightly.

I believe this concept can be used in conjunction with DMT smoalking to help create a relaxed and tranquil environment for blasting into hyperspace. I take my hits while wrapped up and then I lie back and enjoy. It seems to work for me.

These are just a couple of thoughts...of course it really just takes some getting used to. That feeling where your entire being is being dissolved into an energy form, placed into an "energy cannon" and then blasted across the universe is something that I don't think I will ever truly get completely comfortable with. But that also adds to the experience...

So you were startled and a bit afraid...? Good, that means it is working! Thumbs up

Best of luck to you xa!

I just want to say that I love blankets! I find them very comforting, I find my stuffed animals even more comforting <3 I've never had a blanket around for my trip though! Next trip I'll be sure to have a blanket around Smile Thank you for the great idea <3

Do you think it would be a good idea to have my stuffed animals around too? Even when not tripping, I talk to one of them Smile It coming alive would be a comforting experience, but on the other hand I don't want it to become too much of a focus.

...I'm sure it will be fine Smile Comfort is good, right?

Absolutely! Comfort is not only good, it is a key component of a successful journey, IME. If being surrounded by your stuffed animals puts you in a positive mood, then by all means, do it!

Experiment to find out what works best for you. It is all about finding your own style of set and setting. A positive mindset goes a long way!

Thumbs up
