Just to add my quick bioassay from 2 weeks back:

My friend took 100mg San Pedro acetate on arrival to his friends mums house in the country in the afternoon before my friends birthday celebrations.
Offered some to others there, a few tried 100mg.

General mellowed out and happy sociable feelings felt, a grounding and energised feeling with slight 'muscle buzz'

A few hrs later my friend did another 200mg. The feelings increased, still quite mellow, slightly tripped out but also grounded.
Shortly after my friend took half an E (mdma) and was blessed with boundless energy and happy vibes, danced the night away like he has not in a long time!
The next day the mdma comedown hit him a bit, so hard to know how the whole experience would have been without the mdma.

That's a huge dose. Most people would not be able to handle that much mescaline. At that dose it seriously goes beyond anything LSD can do.

There's a big difference between 75 mg of dried whole cactus and 75 mg of dried outer flesh. The outer flesh can be 5 times as potent!

SWIM once extracted 5% mescaline from dried outer flesh. That would come to 3750 mg of mescaline. If one were to consume all of that flesh they would be completely wiped out with no ability to function normally for over 12 hours. I cannot imagine what that would be like. For SWIM 500 mg of mescaline is enough to completely break through. 200 mg is a decent trip. 3750 mg! Holy crap! I can’t imagine anyone enjoying such an overdose. That is very scary. That would be like smoking 300 mg of DMT in one inhalation for SWIM. I don’t even know what sort of side effects one would experience at such a high dose. I do think that it probably wouldn’t kill you though if you were in good health, but could kill you if you have existing stomach problems (if you were an alcoholic for example).

The fatal dose is estimated at somewhere around 40000-60000 mg orally for a small 50 kilogram adult (110 pounds) based on the toxicity studies conducted on rats. The oral LD50 is 800-1200mg/kg for rats. Such estimates based on other animals can be very wrong though. Caution should be observed. It’s reported, but not confirmed, that an adult died from a 15000 mg dose by injection.
