I recently acquired a headlamp and it is easily one of my new favorite tools. While the uses are countless, why am I posting this on a DMT forum? Because it's useful for so many of the processes that we do on here. Inspecting/scraping crystals, loading or cleaning vapes/bowls, checking for vapor, or just enjoying the fact the the massive hit you just exhaled is all lit up. The one I got has a hinge that lets you adjust the light vertically so you can focus it in front of you or on something you're looking down at. My workspace can be pretty dim especially at night, so having a magical spotlight that follows me around and highlights whatever I'm doing while leaving both hands free is awesome.

I am an avid hiker and have a headlamp for night hikes. I will bust it out and use it as you recommended. Good idea! A head lamp and a pair of safety goggles make anyone 50% sexier.

A respirator adds minimum 35%. Throw in a lab coat and I think you're up to 100.

Can't agree more! Being hands free when you're juggling a car of naphtha and sodium hydroxide is very helpful. I also need a lot of light during the separation step to make sure I don't get any goop in the collection plates. +1 Akasha224 is a fictitious extension of my ego; all his posts do not reflect reality & are fictional

Only atweaker would say something like that. .' But then i remembered trying to hold a flashlight to see the layer seperation in a dingy motel room and work a pipette at the same time. A neat trick while camping is to strap your headlamp to a 1 gal plastic water bottle. It gives off a nice soft glow in all directions. Let us declare nature to be legitimate. All plants should be declared legal, and all animals for that matter. The notion of illegal plants and animals is obnoxious and ridiculous. — Terence McKenna
All my posts are hypothetical and for educational/entertainment purposes, and are not an endorsement of said activities. SWIM (a fictional character based on other people) either obtained a license for said activity, did said activity where it is legal to do so, or as in most cases the activity is completely fictional.

Not to mention using psychedelics in the wilderness, especially after the sun goes down! I've had one for decades; they're good tools to have!
