Terry Pratchett, author of the Discworld series (among many, many, many other books) died today. I don't know how many Nexians are fans, but I feel like his insights would speak to a lot of us here.

A fantastic author who managed to turn his anger into a creative tool and proved to the world that funny is not the opposite of serious. His books shaped large parts of me and I would certainly be less without them.
